Making the reservation

As soon as we receive your request, we will check if it is possible to make the reservation as you requested. If it is possible, we will confirm it by sending you the e-mail in wich will also be the calculation for your staying in our villa.

If it is not possible to make the reservation as you requested, we will send you our offer for the closest possible period.

If you agree with our offer, you need to send us an e-mail in which you will indicate that you accept the offer. As soon as we receive your e-mail, your reservation is made.

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay the advance to the Bank Account of the owner of Villa Poseidon. The advance is 20% of the bill all together.

The advance can be payed in three ways:

By Western Union to the owner of Villa Poseidon;
By bank transfer to the bank account of the owner of Villa Poseidon;
By credit card to the bank account of the owner of Villa Poseidon.

After the advance is payed, you need to inform us about the same, as well as the way you made the payment.

As soon as we recive the advance, we will send you the final confirmation of your reservation in our villa (tourist voucher).


Cancellation

If cancelled up to 50 days before the date of arrival, we will return the full advance.

If cancelled 50 to 30 days before the date of arrival, we will return the half of advance.

If cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the advance will not be returned.

Banking fees resulting from return of advances are paid by the guest who cancels a reservation.

In case of no-show, the advance will not be returned.
